Delivery Areas:

Bunk Beds Universe free delivery area service applies to both the United States and Canada.


Delivery Terms:

All deliveries, unless specified otherwise, will be scheduled by Bunk Beds Universe and requires an adult signature upon delivery. This ensures that someone is present to receive, inspect, and sign for the delivery. It is always recommended to inspect your package/s prior to signing during your delivery and if discovered, document any damage on the drivers receipt.  All purchases include delivery to the 1st dry space and 1st floor of the delivery address.  2nd floor deliveries are not included due to insurance risk. No exceptions. Set up is not included on any purchase unless previously requested and purchased.  Customers may also opt to receive their product without requiring an adult signature by completing and returning via email a signed release form. Upon completion and receipt of a signed release Bunk Beds Universe will schedule delivery. This form releases Bunk Beds Universe from any product liability including: product damage, theft or otherwise. Release forms do not void product warranties and all products are warrantied for 1(one) year from date of purchase. To request a release form for unsigned deliveries, please email us here.

Pricing Policy

Bunk Beds Universe also reserves the right to cancel any order which is priced inaccurately. If an item is found to be priced incorrectly, the customer has the option to pay the difference in price to purchase the item/s. Any customer that opts not to pay the corrected price, Bunk Beds Universe will cancel the order and refund the purchase price back to the customer. No exceptions.


Parts Policy

Parts purchases are not returned eligible and all parts sales are final. No exception. Warranty parts requests require a copy of the original purchase invoice, as well as the item number and part requested. Parts requests under warranty will be replaced at no expense to the customer. Parts requests without a receipt or for items out of warranty, the customer will pay the cost of the part plus shipping.
